With a phenomenal growth of visitors at the Pagoda, its needs have increased, and hence we need more people to fulfil them. There is a continuous need for experienced staff at the Pagoda who will design, define and execute processes that will set the wheel of the Pagoda’s mission into motion.
For those dedicating their time to the Pagoda but coming from outside, or those whose work will stretch into difficult hours, a place to stay at the Pagoda shall be arranged if deserved. Lunch shall be made available to all employees. Those staying at the Pagoda shall also be served breakfast and dinner.
For those who will be staying off-site, conveyance and other allowances shall be given as per Trust guidelines.

Head of Security
Level: General Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Head of Security for the Pagoda Complex Area
• Define & Manage 24x7 Security requirements within and around the Complex
• Liaise with local Police & Security agencies
• Liaise with EsselWorld Security team for access control from Essel Jetty
• Design & Manage Control Room & Disaster Management Plan

Eligibility:

• Retired / Ex- Army / Military officers (Major & Above)
• OR experience of 10+ years in similar roles in large establishments
• Hands-on experience of handling major threats/attacks will be preferred

Compensation: As per level of experience and Trust guidelines

Role & responsibilities:

• Designing distribution & layout of electrical, mechanical & plumbing requirements
• Managing Electrical & Plumbing facilities
• Maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical Equipment
• Maintenance of Civil Structures
• Overseeing & Managing Site Safety Systems
• Overseeing Housekeeping & Gardening Departments

Eligibility:

• Engineering Graduate (B. E. / B. Tech) (Preferably Electrical Engineering)
• Experience of 8 – 10 years in similar roles
• Previous experience in hotels / expo centres / high footfall locations

Role & responsibilities:

• Site Security
• Ensuring a warm and hospitable environment to visitors.
• Ensuring secure movement of people within the complex
• Ensuring effective operations of restrictions set up at specific areas
• Ensuring disciplined movement of visitors along defined areas during high footfall periods

Eligibility:

• HSC / 12th pass preferred.
• OR experience of 3+ years in similar role.
• Working knowledge of Hindi & Marathi. Ability to understand English will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage Over the Counter sales for books & other merchandise at the Pagoda Souvenir Centre
• Maintain running accounts & inventory of available material

Eligibility:

• HSC / 12th pass, Graduate preferred.
• Basic computer skills are a must
• Experience in retail sale will be an added advantage

Compensation: As per Trust guidelines

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage Cash Counter at Food Court
• Supervise quality of food served at the court
• Oversee Housekeeping, cleanliness & order of the food court area
• Liaise with vendors & contractors for general operation of the food court.

Eligibility:

• Graduate
• Basic computer skills are a must
• Experience in hotel management will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of Hindi & Marathi. Ability to understand English will be an added advantage.

• Maintain Reception section of the Pagoda Administration Office
• Receive incoming calls & transfer to relevant persons
• Assist administrative staff in general processes
• Assist Registration of Mega One Day Courses

• Fluent in Hindi, English & Marathi. Ability to understand local dialects will be an added advantage.
